TPJ-2.5 is a professional plastic runway paving equipment. It adopts advanced Siemens variable-frequency stepless speed regulation technology. The motor-driven track chain transmission device significantly improves automatic paving speed while ensuring stable and precise operation, enabling simultaneous arc movement. The paving height is adjustable via a screw mechanism to set layer thickness, while the width limiter plate can be configured for different paving widths. A worm-gear motor lifting system reduces failure rates. The heated vibration plate compacts and irons the plastic flooring.

NOTES

On Time routine maintenance is the cleaning and inspection carried out before, during, and after the operation of the machine. It mainly checks the condition of key and vulnerable parts (such as mechanical safety devices), coolant, lubricant, fuel level, instrument indicators, etc.

1. First-level Maintenance: Generally involves cleaning, tightening, and lubrication operations, and includes partial adjustment operations to maintain the technical condition of the machinery in good order.
2. Secondary Maintenance: Includes all contents of primary maintenance, with inspection and adjustment as the focus, to maintain the good working performance of the mechanical assemblies, mechanisms, and parts.
3. Seasonal Maintenance: The main content is to replace the lubricating oil and fuel oil suitable for the season, implement antifreeze measures, and add antifreeze facilities.
4. Maintenance during the Running-in Period: After the running-in period of a new machine or repaired machinery is completed, running-in period maintenance must be performed. The main contents are cleaning, tightening, adjusting, and replacing the lubricant.
